Why is the store locked?
Kilo Summit unlocks only when you're at the Made in Hawaiʻi Festival (Hawaii Convention Center) during festival hours, August 20–23, 2026. The drops are exclusive to attendees on-site.
The store says it's closed.
The store opens during festival hours only. Outside those hours it shows a "Store Closed" screen with the next open time.
Do I need an account?
No. You can browse and shop without signing in. Checkout and order details are handled securely at checkout.
Where do I pick up my order?
Your bag will be ready at the exit window of the Kilo Summit activation space.
Does the app track my location?
No. Location is used only on your device to confirm you're on-site, and is never stored or shared. See our Privacy Policy.
